Book Audit & Data Quality
The customers you can no longer reach, the equipment records with nothing in them, and the do-not-service marks recorded in one place and missed in the other three.
The problem
Every customer book decays at the edges, and none of it happens on a day anyone would notice. Phone numbers change. People move. Somebody marks a customer do-not-service in one place and not the other three.
The cost only shows up later, in a campaign that reaches people who asked not to be contacted, or a list of "customers" you can no longer actually reach.
What it gives you
- Customers with no working way to reach them at all.
- Every do-not-service signal in the file, unioned, because it is recorded in several places that disagree, and the count from any one of them is too low.
- Equipment records with no serial and no install date, with the coverage stated before any finding.
- Missing or malformed addresses.
- Service agreements that need attention, and tag and column hygiene.
What you need
| Tier | No API Key Needed |
|---|---|
| Reads | Customers export (plus equipment and agreements if you have them) |
| Needs | Nothing from us but the skill file. No API key, no server and no account. It reads the CSV you export yourself. |
| Re-run | Quarterly, and before any campaign. |
The exports this reads were confirmed present on a MAX-plan dashboard. Housecall Pro decides which exports each plan carries, and that has not been verified below MAX. Check the dashboard for the file named above before buying.
Your first ask
Once it is installed, this is the literal thing you type:
What it cannot do
- It audits the exports you give it. Leave equipment out of the file and it cannot audit equipment. It will say so rather than report a clean bill.
- It cannot change anything in Housecall Pro. Exports are a one-way street, so the output is a worklist.
- Where a judgement is genuinely ambiguous it asks rather than asserting, in a separate list from the confirmed findings.
Updates
Every purchase includes all future updates to this skill. Your book decays continuously, so the same job is worth doing again, and each version gets better at it.
The skill checks this site for a newer version when it runs. That request carries the product name and the installed version, and nothing else. There are no account details, no data from your book, no telemetry of any kind. If the check fails for any reason it says nothing and carries on.
Buying it
Sold in the Set Up & Clean pack: $49 one time at half price while the shelf is new for all 4 skills in it. The pack is the unit because a home service company that needs this one usually needs the rest of it the same week. What is in the pack. Lifetime is $149 and covers every pack on the shelf plus every skill added to any of them afterwards.
This skill is also in Any Plan ($49), which reads exported files and needs no API key. Either pack includes this skill in full, so there is no reason to buy both for it. Buy both only for the other skills in each.
