Service Agreement Audit
Renewals coming due, renewal drafts sitting unsigned, and the customers whose coverage already lapsed without anyone calling them.
The problem
Plan revenue leaks quietly. A renewal comes due and nobody calls. A renewal draft sits unsigned for two months. A customer falls off their plan and carries on believing they are covered.
None of it announces itself, and by the time it shows up in a revenue figure the customer is gone.
What it gives you
- Renewals coming due, in date order.
- Renewal drafts sitting unaccepted, the ones a phone call converts.
- Customers whose coverage already lapsed without anyone noticing.
- Status hygiene problems in the agreement list.
- A call list you can actually work from.
What you need
| Tier | No API Key Needed |
|---|---|
| Reads | Service Agreements export |
| Needs | Nothing from us but the skill file. No API key, no server and no account. It reads the CSV you export yourself. |
| Re-run | Monthly. Renewal dates move every month. |
The exports this reads were confirmed present on a MAX-plan dashboard. Housecall Pro decides which exports each plan carries, and that has not been verified below MAX. Check the dashboard for the file named above before buying.
Your first ask
Once it is installed, this is the literal thing you type:
What it cannot do
- The service agreements export carries no price and no visit counts, so it cannot compute what your plans earn or how many included visits have been used. That is a limit of the export, not of this tool.
- It counts active memberships, not rows. The row count is much higher because rows are renewal terms, and reporting that number would badly overstate your plan base.
Updates
Every purchase includes all future updates to this skill. Your book decays continuously, so the same job is worth doing again, and each version gets better at it.
The skill checks this site for a newer version when it runs. That request carries the product name and the installed version, and nothing else. There are no account details, no data from your book, no telemetry of any kind. If the check fails for any reason it says nothing and carries on.
Buying it
Sold in the Service Plans pack: $34 one time at half price while the shelf is new for all 3 skills in it. The pack is the unit because a home service company that needs this one usually needs the rest of it the same week. What is in the pack. Lifetime is $149 and covers every pack on the shelf plus every skill added to any of them afterwards.
This skill is also in Any Plan ($49), which reads exported files and needs no API key. Either pack includes this skill in full, so there is no reason to buy both for it. Buy both only for the other skills in each.
