Campaign Segment Builder
Builds the list you meant to build, unions every do-not-contact signal in the file, and explains each group it left out. It never contacts anyone itself.
The problem
The job is to reach the customers who have not been serviced in two years. The harder part is being certain not to text someone who asked never to be contacted again.
That certainty is harder than it looks, because do-not-contact is recorded in several places in Housecall Pro and they do not agree with each other.
What it gives you
- A filtered audience by town, postcode, recency, lifetime value, customer type, lead source and tags.
- Every do-not-contact signal in the file unioned, and named, so you know what it used.
- Each excluded group listed with the reason, so the number you are left with is explainable.
- A list you can hand straight to whatever actually sends.
What you need
| Tier | No API Key Needed |
|---|---|
| Reads | Customers export |
| Needs | Nothing from us but the skill file. No API key, no server and no account. It reads the CSV you export yourself. |
| Re-run | Before each campaign. Suppression signals change constantly. |
The exports this reads were confirmed present on a MAX-plan dashboard. Housecall Pro decides which exports each plan carries, and that has not been verified below MAX. Check the dashboard for the file named above before buying.
Your first ask
Once it is installed, this is the literal thing you type:
What it cannot do
- It never contacts anyone. It builds and explains the list; sending stays a separate, deliberate act.
- If a suppression source is missing from the file you gave it, it refuses rather than quietly under-reporting. An audience that is 95% correct is not a usable audience.
Updates
Every purchase includes all future updates to this skill. Your book decays continuously, so the same job is worth doing again, and each version gets better at it.
The skill checks this site for a newer version when it runs. That request carries the product name and the installed version, and nothing else. There are no account details, no data from your book, no telemetry of any kind. If the check fails for any reason it says nothing and carries on.
Buying it
Sold in the Win More Work pack: $44 one time at half price while the shelf is new for all 3 skills in it. The pack is the unit because a home service company that needs this one usually needs the rest of it the same week. What is in the pack. Lifetime is $149 and covers every pack on the shelf plus every skill added to any of them afterwards.
This skill is also in Any Plan ($49), which reads exported files and needs no API key. Either pack includes this skill in full, so there is no reason to buy both for it. Buy both only for the other skills in each.
