Good/Better/Best estimates built from a described job, every line priced from your own price book, written as a draft only after you approve the whole thing. The customer sees nothing until you send it.
The problem
The estimates that close carry choices - the fix, the fix plus what is about to fail, the replacement - and building three priced options in Housecall Pro is screen after screen of line-item picking.
So the second and third options do not get built, and the estimate goes out as a single take-it-or-leave-it number.

This one makes changes
Creates draft estimates and amends options, one confirmation at a time, with the whole estimate shown before the write.
Every change is confirmed individually with the before and after shown. There are no batch approvals, because on a live book that is how a small mistake becomes a large one.
Your first ask
Once it is installed, this is the literal thing you type:
What it cannot do
- It will not invent a price. An item your book does not carry is a question back to you, every time.
- It cannot delete an estimate - Housecall Pro's API has no route for it - which is why the whole estimate is confirmed before the one write that creates it. That is a limit of their API, not of this tool.
- Option blurbs and deposits are finished in the dashboard; the public API drops the blurb on create and deposits do not carry between options.
- Requires the MCP (v1.13 or newer) and a MAX-plan API key with Full access for the writes.
Updates
Every purchase includes all future updates to this skill. Your book decays continuously, so the same job is worth doing again, and each version gets better at it.
The skill checks this site for a newer version when it runs. That request carries the product name and the installed version, and nothing else. There are no account details, no data from your book, no telemetry of any kind. If the check fails for any reason it says nothing and carries on.
