• It cannot compare billed against used on a book that never logs site materials - most books - and says so in one sentence instead of an empty table.
• Spend totals cover only the lines with a recorded cost; the report names the share.
• Duplicate material names and missing costs get surfaced, not fixed - cleaning the book is the Price Book Auditor's job.
• Requires the MCP (v1.13 or newer) and a MAX-plan API key. A read-only key is enough.

The skill checks this site for a newer version when it runs. That request carries the product name and the installed version, and nothing else. There are no account details, no data from your book, no telemetry of any kind. If the check fails for any reason it says nothing and carries on.
