Plan Visit Fulfillment
A service plan is a promise to show up. This reads your plan book against the work that actually happened and tells you who is owed a visit this cycle and has nothing booked - sorted by how much season is left, so the unrecoverable ones surface before the renewal call, not after.
The problem
A service plan is a promise to show up. The renewal audit tells you whose plan is expiring; nothing tells you whose visit never happened.
So the season ends, the tune-ups nobody scheduled quietly did not happen, and the renewal call goes out to a customer who paid for two visits and got one. They remember. The plan does not renew, and nobody connects the two.
What it gives you
- Who is owed a visit this cycle and has nothing booked, sorted by how much season is left - the unrecoverable ones first, so they surface before the renewal call rather than after.
- Visits done, visits booked ahead, and visits attempted then canceled - with the office note quoted, because "customer put it off until spring" is a different follow-up from "we never rebooked it".
- Customers holding more than one live plan kept separate, since the whole point is the property that got missed.
- Notes that resolve a row closing it with the note quoted, so the report does not accuse the company of missing a visit the customer declined.
What you need
| Tier | API Key Required |
|---|---|
| Reads | The MCP + your service agreements export |
| Needs | The free MCP plus a Housecall Pro MAX-plan API key you generate. A read-only key is enough. |
| Re-run | Monthly in season, and before every renewal push. |
Your first ask
Once it is installed, this is the literal thing you type:
What it cannot do
- Housecall Pro has no public API route for service agreements in any form - a limit of their API, not of this tool - so the plan book has to be the CSV export you attach, joined to the work by name and address.
- Neither the export nor the API carries how many visits a plan includes or which were used. Your stated plan shape is the basis, and the report says so.
- It books nothing and contacts nobody.
- Requires the MCP (v1.15 or newer), a MAX-plan API key, and your service agreements export. A read-only key is enough.
Updates
Every purchase includes all future updates to this skill. Your book decays continuously, so the same job is worth doing again, and each version gets better at it.
The skill checks this site for a newer version when it runs. That request carries the product name and the installed version, and nothing else. There are no account details, no data from your book, no telemetry of any kind. If the check fails for any reason it says nothing and carries on.
Buying it
Sold in the Service Plans pack: $34 one time at half price while the shelf is new for all 3 skills in it. The pack is the unit because a home service company that needs this one usually needs the rest of it the same week. What is in the pack. Lifetime is $149 and covers every pack on the shelf plus every skill added to any of them afterwards.
Questions about whether this fits a particular book go to hello@hcpapi.com , including the question of whether it is worth buying at all.
