Win-Back Queue
The customers who used to call and stopped, ranked by what they were worth - checked against the work that actually happened, their duplicate records, and their notes, so nobody who came back last month gets a we-miss-you message. A plain reconnect note drafted for each.
The problem
Customers do not fire you. They just stop calling, and nobody notices, because nothing in a service book reports absence.
The furnace got serviced by whoever answered the phone in October, and three years of history goes quiet without a single event to mark it.
What it gives you
- Lapsed customers by your own threshold, ranked by what they were worth - the lapsed regulars kept separate from the one-and-done, so the regulars are not buried.
- Verification before anyone is called quiet: a duplicate record they have been booking under (that is a merge, not a win-back), notes that say moved or sold or went elsewhere, open work, and any unpaid balance.
- A plain reconnect note per customer in your voice, referencing the actual last work and a true reason to call now - never an invented discount or urgency.
- Anyone who owes money kept on a separate list with no drafts, because a friendly note to somebody you are chasing is the wrong message.
What you need
| Tier | API Key Required |
|---|---|
| Reads | The MCP |
| Needs | The free MCP plus a Housecall Pro MAX-plan API key you generate. A read-only key is enough. |
| Re-run | Quarterly, or whenever a week looks slow. |
Your first ask
Once it is installed, this is the literal thing you type:
What it cannot do
- It sends nothing. Every note is a draft you send.
- A win-back note is marketing contact, so every do-not-contact signal is an absolute exclusion here.
- It cannot see Housecall Pro's Do Not Service checkbox; no integration can - glance at the top names before sending.
- Lifetime billing here is what the jobs in the walked window say, not an accounting figure.
- Requires the MCP (v1.15 or newer) and a MAX-plan API key. A read-only key is enough.
Updates
Every purchase includes all future updates to this skill. Your book decays continuously, so the same job is worth doing again, and each version gets better at it.
The skill checks this site for a newer version when it runs. That request carries the product name and the installed version, and nothing else. There are no account details, no data from your book, no telemetry of any kind. If the check fails for any reason it says nothing and carries on.
Buying it
Sold in the Win More Work pack: $44 one time at half price while the shelf is new for all 3 skills in it. The pack is the unit because a home service company that needs this one usually needs the rest of it the same week. What is in the pack. Lifetime is $149 and covers every pack on the shelf plus every skill added to any of them afterwards.
Questions about whether this fits a particular book go to hello@hcpapi.com , including the question of whether it is worth buying at all.
